I've recently found that I'm about 12% body fat. I weigh 127 pounds, I'm 5'4", and I'm 15. I'm not completely sure about the 12% body fat, because I used an online calculator. So right now, I'm swimming about a mile every day, and it takes about 45 minutes to an hour to do so. How long do you think it will take me to develop my abs? I can see a 2 pack when I flex, but other than that, no abs are visible.
