I am not overweight but in no mean am I in shape. I got a Gazelle since it was smaller and cheap but there is absolutely no resistance when I use it and I barely even break a sweat even when I am using it at really fast pace. Am I actually burning calories by using this? I mean I KNOW I am burning calories since I am doing stuff, but not a lot, right? Online calculators say you can burn a couple hundred in a short amount of time. That seems complete absurd to me.
