What happens if you have a high calorie deficit but are always full?

i'm 6'2" weigh 210 pounds and im very active (i lift weights 4 days a week and do cardio everyday for at least 30 minutes). Im a little chunky but i have a good amount of muscle. All the calorie calculators say i should eat 3300 calories to not gain or lose weight and the highest calorie deficit someone should have is 1000 calories is what ive heard. but lately ive been eating between 1400-1800 calories and ive been feeling full. Should i eat more or should i just listen to my body and not eat anymore?
